Gold plating technique
It is the neutral gold plating technique. The gold plating layer is soft, and presents lemon yellow. The purity is up to 99.99%. This technique is specially used for transistors, integrated circuits and other semiconductor elements. The production line may adopt rack plating and barrel plating. The product has fine crystallization, with excellent weld ability and mechanical property. The solution is stable, the plating layer owns high acid corrosion resistance, and the contact resistance is 0.3μΩ.
